There’s been a lot of talk about healthcare and such but watching the video makes me think the race is more about a man of the people versus an elitist with a sense of entitlement. The fact that Brown is running ahead in the most recent polls is already a victory. Brown could be my new favorite color even though, as a “winter,” my wife tells me I can’t wear it.
Contrast the energy of the first clip with this one from the Coakley rally, where even with Obama she can’t fill the hall and a black curtain is used to hide the empty seats:
